Annmarie Fairweather is a seasoned Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of knowledge to the table. She's worked with leaders across a variety of sectors, helping them to improve their company, especially in times of high development. As an advisor, she was involved to help translate the corporate and people strategies into strategic goals, and enterprise-wide objectives with regard to performance management and organizational including employee participation as well as change. She is passionate about education and sees the development of teams and leaders as the ultimate competitive advantage. Annmarie has been working with Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized businesses, educating leaders and coaching them with demonstrated success.
